Once again, I havn't tried it yet, but I'm assuming that you could just open 2 DJ explorer windows... 1 for each Dell DJ then drag-and-drop between them.

but isn't there only one DJ explorer program no matter how many different DJ's you use on that one computer???
Anyway, you need 2 USB ports and 2 DJ's and a program that can do that. __________________

In theory, the DJ's should both be recognized as separate drives and two different windows should be allowed to be opened. Then just drag and drop.

any news? I am getting a replacemnt dj in a couple of days, and I would just love to transfer all my songs from one to the other, without having to put files on my computer before I send the old one broken one back . pc disk space is an issue for me. Thanks for taking the time. You are providing a valuable service. |

Yup! However, I must warn you, I bought a cable that LOOKED the same at Fry's, but didn't work. I had to spend $20 on a Cable at dell.com. But it did come in twodays with free shipping, which was awesome. Transfering my collections, now!

Do you think this would work with a DJ and ipod mini? (if you were transfering MP3s or WAVs, of course) DJ doesn't support AAC and iPod doesn't support WMA... but there is a WMA to AAC converter, i think. Exactly what cable was this??
