Amazing shipping
ok, so i ordered it on Saturday. it didnt ship till sunday (i just ordered UPS ground because it was free) and i got it this morning. now thats service. the 3-5 day average was blown away by less than 2 days

i got in 2 days as well. i'm going to purchase dell products more often, i might get my mom an axim for her birthday, and i would need it like within a week and a couple days, if i ordered one else where, she probably wouldn't get it until after her b day. do you think she'll like it? lol

All of the computers and my DJ from Dell got to me really quick however some accessories have taken longer. Overall I am very satisified with the times.

mine shipped over the weekend. It took one business day from the day I ordered it for it to get here. Dell has amazing service.

Where is Dell shipping them from? I ordered mine last night (well technically this morning) and it says it shipped this afternoon. If its coming from somewhere nearby hopefully ill get it soon.

Looks like Dell does what many of the big mail order firms like Amazon, Buy.com, etc. do. They stock product in UPS warehouses around the country. This gets the product to the customer faster and saves them shipping costs. When I tracked my order I noticed it was sent from Harrisburg, PA. (Ordered my DJ online on Sunday 6/6 and on my doorstep in eastern PA on Wednesday 6/9. I start loading music tonight after I load the new firmware and DJ Explorer!!  )BTW, to anybody ordering a DJ, Dell requires an adult (>21) signature at delivery or else it gets sent back to Dell after 3 delivery trys. You can arrange to pick it up at a UPS facility if necessary. Bob |

Hm, I hope they aren't too strict about that 21+ signature thing. I'm not 21, and my parents arent around all that often. I know that I've signed off on other things that were probably supposed to be signed by a 21 year old (A Dell computer when I was 13 or 14 for example.)

I ordered mine the 9th and it came today (the 11th) so thats pretty damn fast. And they did let me sign for it even though I'm underage.

Shouldn't it only be 18 years old? You are an adult at that age. The only thing I have ever had to be 21 years old to sign for is my girlfriends wine club shipment.
