you can download DJ Explorer from dell. here is a link http://support.dell.com/filelib/for...eleaseid=r74067

But you also have to get drivers for the Dell DJ to work on your computer. You'll get a CD with all that info on it, but you can also download all the files here. http://support.dell.com/filelib/for...eleaseid=r74224

**Sorry about the link mess up. It seems that I didn't press Ctrl+C, but hit some other keys, so I never picked up the new link. My fault

Sorry, I corrected the links now.
The DJ Explorer can be downloaded from here: http://support.dell.com/filelib/for...eleaseid=r74067
This link is for the drivers that come on the CD. http://support.dell.com/filelib/for...eleaseid=r74224
thanks for catching my mistake.

Quote from Dell:

You can download the file from any of the regional servers listed on the Download and install the file page. If you are outside the U.S., you may prefer to download from a server in Europe or Asia/Pacific. You may also want to try a different server if you notice an unusually slow download time.
HTTP Download
The regional servers use FTP (File Transfer Protocol), which is usually faster than HTTP (Hypertext Transfer Protocol). If you attempt to download the file from one of the regional FTP servers and your web browser reports an error or blocks your access, use the HTTP Download link.
-----
I would just use HTTP because they are really small files anyway so it wouldn't take that long.
