hey, man. Do you know that you can get it for only $15 with the 50% off coupon at Belkin.com?? It would end up costing $24 with shipping and handling for the Blue Nylon Sports Case. So you are charging $1 extra for an used item... (it's not factory-sealed is it??) Isn't that kind of a rip off...

i bought it yesturday and i desiced that i will get nomad instead of a dj so its brand new actually and ok if you want it for 23 instead of 25 lol you can have it

i don't need another Belkin Nylon Sports case. Already got two. Belkin made a mistake... But you should give a bigger discount, otherwise there is no reason anyone would want to buy from some random guy as a opposed from directly from the company. I mean, I would rather spent some extra money to buy product from a well known company just so I know that I won't get ripped off and if I'm unhappy I could always get a refund/exchange before the 30 days.

If you did just get it from Belkin.com yesterday and it's factory sealed, why not just return it?? http://www.belkin.com/legal/tandc.html look at the return policy. If you didn't get it from Belkin, I'm sure that the store still has a 30 day return policy.

I think you will save more if you go to your friend and tell him that you're not getting the DJ and if you could have the reciept so you can return it for the money. Yes, it's not very tradition to reject gifts, but a real friend would understand that since you're not even getting a DJ, their gift is useless and it's better that you return it. However, it will be really uncomfortable to do that...

but i have a dj, lol im gonna be sending it back to dell because im getting an 80GB Creative Nomad Zen Xtra for $380 and the case is not from a freind, its from a family memeber, and i dont feel very comfortable to give it back so thats why i wanna try to get at least 20 bux for it here or something

yea, I would be embrassed to tell my parents that I didn't need the thing they bought. But my mom's really sharp and if she sees that I'm not even using the same mp3 player, she would catch on immediately, so I always feel that it's better just to tell them that I really don't need it but I appreciate their kindness. Of course, in order to sell something online, usually you have to have a discount or else it won't get sold, so you'll end up losing some $$. I wonder if you could trick Dell into thinking that they sold you the Belkin case and get your money back that way...
