Well USB1.1 is what, 12Mbit/sec where as USB2 is 480. It's a big leap. Currently I have an external USB2 setup w/ CDRW-DVD combo drive and an ATA-100 120gb drive, I don't really notice a difference between the externals and my internals.

I'm sure MM would come in and talk about Firewire 4xx/8xx but I believe he left the forums.

I've downloaded Dudebox (trial) and I don't see whats so good about it (I know its only the trial) but I think that DJ Explorer is easier to use than Dudebox! __________________ -Ben ... USB 2.0 has a transfer rate of 2.4MB per second. To fill up your 15GB DJ: Using USB 1.1, it will take approximately 5 hours. Using USB 2.0, it will take about 1.75 hours. To fill up your 20GB DJ: Using USB 1.1, it would take 7 hours. Using USB 2.0, it would take about 2.3 hours Is that crazy or what??
