Nice 4GB MP3 Player???

I was wondering if anyone knew any really nice 4gb HD mp3 player. I know there is the iPod Mini (a bit expensive), and the Creative MuVo2. Samsum, Napster, and Rio also seems to have come out with one. Does anyone have a 4gb mp3 player, willing to give pros and cons? Which one would you reccomend besides the iPod mini??

Look at Bantam Interactive. They have a 2Gb and 5Gb model that is pretty nice. I have seen these and they seem pretty solid.

If money is tight, consider a refurb from the Apple store, http://www.apple.com/ -- scroll down 'til you see the big red "SALE" tag on the left & click.

Currently they have 10GB 3G (third-generation) refurb iPods for $200. Yesterday they had refurb 20GB ipod's for $300. 1 year warranty, add a second year with Applecare for $60. Stocks comes and goes, just gotta watch it. Word is the refurbs are pretty much indistinguishable from new except for the box they come in. Also, if you register with the Apple store, in a week or so you may get a $30 off $300 purchase coupon -- with a little luck and timing that could put a 20GB iPod in your hands for $270, $20 more than a Mini.

A bit expensive for a 5gb player though... I am looking at the Creative MuVo^2 4gb. I think its a pretty decent player. the best thing is that you can take out the hard drive and sell it for more $$ than the whole mp3 plyaer. Any pros and cons for it??

These hard drives may have to be formatted. Even if they are, a lot of machines won't except a card more than 512mb or 1 gb

you can get a student discount on the mini if you are in college. The price comes out to $230.
