Exclamation ProClip holsters now available!

ProClip holsters now available for the Dell DJ!

For those of you that have been looking for a mount for your car, ProClip (aka, Brodit) now has them listed on their website: www.proclipusa.com

I've bought several iPAQ mounts from them in the past and have been happy with their products. You won't be able to leave your DJ in the Jam Jacket though - their mounts are always made to the dimensions of the device.

Just a comment from me on these holsters.... They are great!

The best part of the ProClip holsters is that they don't require any drilling/suction cups/sticky tape/etc., and give an almost factory look to the mount. Their company makes the mounting brackets so that they simply "snap" into key locations that are already part of your dash board area. Once you buy the mounting bracket as well as the mount, it gets a little pricey..... but well worth it for the "custom look" it gives the install.

I had looked at one of these a while back for my Axim. The problem is that they are darned expensive. I'd like to have one though.

this sounds like a decent alternative and it's only $8.00, but I don't know for sure.

I'll be getting my DJ20 tomorrow...the parents have been holding out on me, and have had the unit for at least a month, but theyre waiting for my b-day.

Difference is the ProClip is made specifically for the device/vehicle. I've never had too much luck with the universal holsters - they either slip out of them or block the controls/ports (or both), plus many times they look like rubbish.

I'm kind of PO'd at these guys; I paid (over $60) for a mount for my Bravada - the DJ holster fit just fine, but the clip they provided for my car does not. It's the right part number on their site - it just doesn't fit. It's way too wide.

Have you talked to them? They have always been very responsive with any issues I've had.
